PORTRAIT OF A DANCER

The documentary follows the Finnish dancer and choreographer Noora Hannula during her process with her latest dance piece THE ERA OF NO TALENT RISING - a show where she is determinant to create an alternative reality in which she and her co-dancer Loraine Dambermont will become popstars.
In this process her work and everyday life blend together most violently.
A glimpse of fear, passionate thoughts, powerful movement, suppressed stress, contagious music and an artist who can't help herself while her passion drives her forward, are the poetic ingredients of this picturesque portrait of a dancer.
